Refund policy

All products are sold with a no-return or exchange policy, except where the item received does not match the advertised description or is faulty.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at orders@yorestore.com.au. Include your order number and email address to start the process. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Returnable Items

You may return items within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Items do not match the advertised description
  • Items are faulty or damaged

Yorestore guarantees authenticity with our products and will not refund due to change of mind.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)
  • Tips

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Refund Options

We support the following refund options:

  • Refund to the original payment method (if requested within 180 days of the transaction date).
  • Refund as store credit (if applicable).

How to Ship the Items Back

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, please refer to the email received after placing the return request. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that depending on your location, the time it may take for your returned item to reach us may vary. If you are shipping an item(s) valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
