We ship to most locations within Australia. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to international addresses at this time.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at orders@yorestore.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Signature on Delivery

For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, the carrier may leave a notification for you to arrange redelivery or pick-up.

8. Delivery to PO Boxes

We can deliver to PO Boxes; however, please ensure that the address is complete to avoid delays.

9. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or lost items resulting from incorrect addresses.
